Clown Fish Size

They  are considered as “small fishes”.

Clownfish kept in captivity can grow from 2 till 5 inches long  (5 to 13 cm).

This is due to the fact that in the aquarium there is less pressure to forage for food.

In the wild, depending on the species they reach over 7 inches (18 centimeters)  meanwhile while most species reach 10 cm  (3 inches).

Males tend to be rather smaller than females.
